Employed, with security and benefits — you pick how you're paid
You're employed either way — same security, same benefits, same community. The only choice is how you're paid: a predictable fixed salary, or an 80/20 revenue share where you keep most of what you bill. Both include skills development.

We set your salary together — based on your experience, skills, and goals — so it's fair and competitive for both sides. We talk openly about compensation from day one. No surprises.
Revenue Share (80/20)
Keep most of what you bill, and control what happens to it. You keep 80% of what you bill the client; Veltare keeps 20% to cover accounting, insurance, and company costs. You still get full employment security and benefits. For people who want maximum insight into — and control over — their earnings.

The 80/20 split gives you the mandate to manage your own income — lower your salary to build a buffer for the quiet months, or invest more in courses, your call. Just know the 80% is a gross share before salary tax and employer costs, so the buffer in the example still has costs to cover. We'll walk you through the real numbers before you decide.
