Privacy

Veltare AB (org. no. 559517-6990), Regeringsgatan 70A, 111 39 Stockholm, is responsible for the personal data on this site.

Consultant requests

When you ask us for a consultant, we receive your email address, what you write about the role, and which page you came from. We use it to answer you and find a consultant, because you asked us to. The request reaches us as a message in our team chat and is kept as long as we need it for our conversation with you. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to stop spam.

Applications

When you send us your CV, we receive your email address, the CV with whatever it contains, and which page you came from. We use it to assess your application and contact you about assignments, as a step towards employment that you asked for. It reaches us as a message in our team chat. If your application does not lead to an assignment or a job, we delete your CV six months after you sent it. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to stop spam.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to see how the site is used, which is our legitimate interest. It works without cookies and without our being able to tell who you are. Your IP address is only used to work out roughly where a visit comes from and is not stored. If your browser asks not to be tracked, the visit is not counted. The statistics are kept as long as they help us follow how the site is used.

Who handles the data

The site runs on our own server in the EU. Our network provider and our team chat are American companies that may handle data in the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, delete, restrict or move the data about you, and object to the statistics. Email us at hello@veltare.com and we will help you. The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) is the supervisory authority you can turn to.
